Tips for decorating a purchased glass vase with nipped mirror and colored glass pieces. Instructions are given for using wheeled nippers to create mirror shards to make the snowflakes. Triangular and rectangular pieces of glass are glued on to fill in the background, and the project is then grouted and finished by applying grout sealant.
