A 10"x 14" oval floral panel. Orange and yellow tulips nod gracefully above the white teacup where they are growing. This project is constructed with copper foil, and 22-gauge copper wire is used to finish edges and add strength. Four glass nuggets add detail and interest. The panel is complementary to the project “Tea and Tulips 1” in the Spring 2001 issue of Glass Patterns Quarterly.
