What is Elastic Glass™?
Barry Kaiser returns to the Webinar stage to bring you all the exciting answers to this question. In this Webinar, Barry will explore all of the versatile and amazing properties and characteristics of Elastic Glass™. This glass can be stretched, molded, rolled and bent without crumbling or breaking. It actually is elastic! Learn how to stretch it into a stringer and then lay the stringer down in any design you wish. You can use Elastic Glass™ in hard polymer clay molds without it sticking in the mold. No freezing necessary!
One of the great features of this glass is the ability to place Elastic Glass™ colors together side by side and work the combination without the colors muddling together. Place two or more colors beside one another and twist them to form a barber pole effect. From there the possibilities expand exponentially. Want to create a feathered look? No problem! Want to create a blend from one color to another, or even across a range of colors? It is easy! You can even take your scraps of Elastic Glass™ and throw them together to yield a beautifully blended sheet that can rival the best of glass manufacturers! Elastic Glass™ comes in both 90 and 96 COE and can be used with sheet glass. Just prefire your Elastic Glass™ design and use that as if it were (and it is) a compatible piece of glass.
There are so many colors, color mixes and combinations that can be created with Elastic Glass™. And the best part is, Elastic Glass™ is so easy to use! Fusers are coming out with their own Elastic Glass™ ideas. The excitement is building as more and more is learned about what can be created with Elastic Glass™. Dont' miss your opportunity to see and experience this truly revolutionary product with insight and instruction from one of the industry's best!
