Kiln owners have the tendency to assume the worst when their kilns stop working. Sometimes nothing is wrong with the kiln, but the problem is an operator error instead. Possibilities for seeing the error message from the kiln can include things such as when a firing rate is programed faster or the target temperature is programed lower than the kiln is capable of reaching, or when the hold time is entered incorrectly.
